AMS started in 1991 and completed the first contract officially for Cincinnati Gas and Electric
(CG&E) and have since solidified strong working relationships with the utility providers in the
Greater Cincinnati area including: Duke Energy, Alta Fiber, Charter-Spectrum, Lumen, and AT&T.

​AMS has since grown so much - from a small family business to an organization with nearly 300
employees. It started out with just a few shovels and enough equipment and trucks to help us
get by on our first couple of projects. Our company logo has not changed much over the years
to remind us of our roots and the strong values that have allowed us to succeed through our
hard work and resourcefulness.  These values, in addition to our commitment to safety,
expertise, and efficiency, guide our pursuits for future successful projects.
