Commerce Drive for the installation of a new water service line.
 
Before their arrival, we had two separate companies attempt this work without success due to
the challenging conditions. Despite freezing temperatures and a difficult, less than ideal
situation, your crew demonstrated exceptional determination, professionalism, and work ethic.
They remained committed to completing the job and were relentless in their efforts until it was
successfully finished.
 
Their dedication truly pulled us out of a difficult situation and ultimately prevented the need to
saw-cut the roadway, saving both time and resources. We were extremely impressed with their
perseverance and positive attitude under such demanding conditions.
 
Please extend our gratitude to these two individuals for their outstanding work. They are a credit
