"The customer had called Duke’s Contact Center while I was out of the office Tuesday and wanted to talk with someone about the work, so I gave Keith a call the next morning and he asked when it was scheduled for, so I reached out to Jon and was told that it was on the schedule for that next day (Thursday). Gave the date to the customer and he was concerned about how long they would be without power because his wife worked from home on that day and didn’t know if she would have to go into the office or take a vacation day, so I called Jon back and since the bore work was already done, the customer would be without power for 30 – 45 minutes and he’d have the crew make this their first stop so as not to be too disruptive on the customer.
Keith called me to say the crew was so friendly and professional, and told them what they were doing and even explained how another AMS crew would be coming out for site restoration. I told him I was going to send you an email and he said to let you know how he appreciated the quick response from AMS (Jon) and the professionalism and friendliness of the crew (Chance Bennington’s crew)."
